Hair growth smoothie!

Hair-growth smoothie: 1 banana, 1 cup each of strawberries, grapes, blackberries, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 3 dates for sweetness. You can also add chia seeds. Some people add liquid biotin as well. I don’t drink too many smoothies, because blended fruit calories count. This is a nice afternoon treat, though!
