I finally remembered to get the skewers!

I’ve been meaning to make kabobs for months, but I kept forgetting to get the skewers. I would have forgotten them again today if Publix didn’t have them prominently displayed! I intended to post this before eating, but I enjoyed this so much that I cleaned my plate before posting. Marinated kabob of zucchini, yellow squash, Vidalia onions and mushrooms along with tri-color quinoa cooked in vegetable broth.
