The 1 day a week I enjoy a bowl of cereal

Saturday is the only day I don’t cook, so I usually have a bowl of spelt cereal for breakfast. I top it with coconut milk and dates that I roll into balls. The dates are sweet enough that I don’t have to add sugar or artificial sweeteners to my cereal. I sometimes have this as a snack and on those nights when I don’t have a taste for regular dinner. YUMMY!
